Description:
The purpose of this project was to increase the productivity, improve the quality and cutting precision of the adhesive film applied to the plastic parts. We integrated eight semi-automatic robotic cells with ultrasonic cutting and 22 interchangeable devices (10 different types of devices) design to clamp the plastic parts.
DAVRAM SYSTEMS had an important role in this project by providing high-quality services such as mechanical design, assembling and programming industrial robots.
The project was done in collaboration with ERA SYSTEMS.
